U.S. appeals court docket orders EPA to ban pesticide mentioned to hurt kids

The two-1 choice by the ninth U.S. Circuit Courtroom of Appeals in Seattle overturned former EPA administrator Scott Pruitt’s March 2017 denial of a petition by environmental teams to halt the usage of chlorpyrifos on meals crops akin to fruits, greens and nuts.
